Hey there! My name's Jaz and I'm in my early 20's. Super, super excited to be here because I have been DYING to meet some new witchy friends. Thank you Tumblr for leading me here!
I've always had an interest in the paranormal and supernatural and all things witchy, but never knew that you could become one until my fourth grade teacher tried to dissuade me from liking Harry Potter by showing our class a video about real life witches and the influence that Satan had in the books. I'm...sure that this was the opposite of what he wanted. Despite that and a few other conflicts in my life regarding Christianity, I actually hold high respect for Jesus himself. He seemed like a cool guy.
ANYWAY, I consider myself an eclectic witch and only got serious about being on the path about a year ago. I do most of my work with sigils, crystals, and teas. Interested in getting in contact with the fae since I realized there was honestly nothing to be afraid of. The Hellenic and Celtic pantheon seem pretty cool too. I look forward to getting to know a lot of you and hopefully growing as witches with you.
Outside of witchcraft, my life mostly revolves around my family. I'm temporarily out of school to help raise my niece and nephew, as well as help with the family funeral business. I also love musicals (Hamilton is my jam), writing, drawing, and learning about different cultures.
