Anyone here work with Baphomet?

Trying to find information on them and not getting anywhere. I'm looking for what offerings they like, how a shrine to them might look, what they're like to work with etc. As a trans person I like Baphomet in that they are not exactly a man nor exactly a woman, and I feel a strong draw to their image but I'd like to know what I might be getting myself into first. Links to tumblr blogs are a bonus!
