Hi Again Everyone! Since I saw a few questions, I'm going to try to explain what (for me) Cosmic Witchcraft and Techno Witchcraft are ^_^ Cosmic Witchcraft: Basically, in Cosmic Witchcraft you work with the planets, moon, stars and universe as a whole for your energy. I also study Astronomy to find the science behind the forces I wish to work with. This works for me as a (sort of) animist, non-theistic witch who acknowledges a higher power in the energy and forces of the universe. For me this means my practice is heavily influenced by the moon, and I ask the blessing of the stars and moon often in my work. I also work heavily with and on astrology. Techno Witchcraft: As a future Computer Science Major, this type of witchcraft is very useful to me. Techno Witchcraft utilizes digital tools (such as things like emoji spells, or websites where you can perform spell components, etc.) and also things like writing spells and wards into code to protect blogs, websites, computers, etc. Hopefully that clears things up! That's very cool! I like seeing old ways adapting to the present. In my regular job I have a team of instructors teaching cyber operations and investigations, so they have to translate the old gumshoe tactics into cyberspace (I'm not a cyber guy myself - just the supervisor for the training).
And good for you that you can make sense if the astronomical aspects of the universe - I can't get my head around half of it.
